As a 16 year old boy I started apprenticing for a local horse shoer in Augusta GA where I was born and raised.
This apprenticeship continued for 5 years until I moved north to Canton GA where I was able to work with multiple farriers in the area. In 2014 I started my own business keeping in mind the knowledge I had gathered. My goal was and continues to be providing the best service possible to my customers.
The diverse population of horses in the north Atlanta area has allowed me to expand my knowledge across almost all breeds. With a lot of study and close observation of my work I completed my American Farrier Association Certified Farrier(CF) designation.
Achieving my CF certification has compelled me to set another goal of obtaining the Certified Journeyman Farrier certification (CJF) which is the highest certification in the US. I plan to accomplish this by the end of 2022.
